A credit is a unit of computing. Juriton is an AI product, so our real cost is the compute each task uses — reading your documents, answering your questions, drafting your documents. We price in credits that track that compute, with a small margin on top that funds the team, our development and the infrastructure that runs Juriton. You pay for what you actually use, on a predictable monthly allowance with no surprise bills.

Everything that uses computing, on one meter. Uploading a document costs about half a credit a page, a question in chat about one credit, and a document Juriton drafts for you more — a summary, chronology, submission or witness brief. Exporting a document you've already generated is free. A longer or more complex task simply uses more credits.

On Solo (5,000 credits a month) most barristers get through about two full matters — roughly 5,000 pages — with summaries, chronologies, witness prep and drafting. Advanced (10,000) suits three or more active briefs a month with headroom; Free (400, one-off) is enough to run one short matter end to end; Student (800 a month) covers coursework and moots. Because a credit is compute, heavier documents use more — and you always see your balance.

We keep working. On paid plans, generation past your allowance is billed per credit — you're warned, charged and never blocked in the middle of a matter.

Yes — 1 month on Solo, 3 months on Advanced and 6 months on Firm. Barrister workloads are lumpy; one monster brief shouldn't be punished by a quiet month either side.

Yes. Every plan is month-to-month — no annual lock-in, no cancellation fee. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Your account, matters and documents are stored on managed cloud infrastructure in Sydney, with hardened access controls and network isolation. AI processing runs through vetted US endpoints today and moves onshore as part of our residency roadmap. Enterprise plans can arrange specific data-residency options.

Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, every generation and export is logged at the matter level, and your content is never used to train external models. Each firm works in an isolated workspace.

No. Your matter content is never used to train external models, and we do not share it with third parties. You can delete a matter — and its source files — at any time.
